Santos Ortega is an American professional boxer from Mexican descent, born in Sacramento, California on Christmas Eve of 1999. His professional record consists of 10 Wins (3 by KO) with 0 Losses. Santos was born into a family of boxers on both parental sides. His grandfather, Ernesto Ortega, was a US Navy amateur fighter during the 1960's, however it was his father Daniel who introduced him to the sport of boxing at the early age of four years old.

Santos Ortega competes in the 126 pound division. At a little over 5-foot-10, Ortega possesses a long reach of 75 inches with accurate and lightning hands speed. Ortega was a 12x National amateur Champion with a record of 146 wins and only 7 losses.

He won the gold medal at the 2015 Junior Olympics, followed by the gold medal at the Junior/Youth Olympics in 2016. He was ranked #1 by USA Boxing in 2016 which allowed him to secure an invitation at the 2017 Elite National Championship tournament. For unforeseen circumstances out of Santos control, he decided wisely to not pursue his Olympic ambitions, but instead turn professional at the age of 18 years old to follow his dreams and ultimate goal of becoming a world champion in multiple divisions.
